A dual-band, dual-chain radio (2.4 & 5 GHz) projects robust 360° coverage, so placement is far less finicky. Ceiling installation also helps avoid common absorption and obstruction issues - like big TV panels or metal partition walls in open-plan offices.

While the radio supports repeater mode, you’re not limited to wireless. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports let you extend the network over cable - even with power requirements: Port 1 accepts 802.3af/at PoE input, and Port 2 can provide passive PoE output (up to 57 V).
